Melanie Green originally joined Landis & Arn in
December 2005 after relocating to Maine from North Carolina. She earned
a B.A. in International Studies from the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill in 2001. Prior to joining Landis & Arn, she
worked as a paralegal for 4.5 years with an immigration law firm in
North Carolina specializing in physician immigration issues. Melanie
left Landis & Arn in August 2007 to attend law school,
but has recently returned to the practice on a part-time basis while
continuing her studies at the University of Maine School of Law.
As a paralegal to Peter Landis, she provides assistance in
employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and
immigrant visa petitions, labor certification applications, J-1 waiver
applications, and National Interest Waiver petitions. |
