Rhee Michelle-Smith joined Landis Arn & Jaynes in July 2007. Rhee holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey. After 25 years as a performer, teacher and director, she received a paralegal certificate from Andover College to launch a second career. Prior to joining Landis & Arn she worked as a paralegal for four years, most recently in Portland, Maine where she specialized in employment-related immigration and in Portsmouth, New Hampshire where she worked on asbestos litigation. As a paralegal to Peter Landis and Marcus Jaynes, she provides assistance in employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, labor certification applications, J-1 waiver applications, and National Interest Waiver petitions.
